Who are you ?
We are a family team of licensed Public Insurance Adjusters. We are hired and work for people who hold insurance policies. This includes business owners and homeowners. We do not work for Insurance companies.
How Can You Help?
When hired, we help in negotiating a fair insurance claim recovery. We assist in maximizing recovery. We ensure that the insurance company is treating your claim correctly and accordingly to damages incurred and your specific policy language. People are known to hire us when their claim is denied, underpaid, or even before they file a claim for the reassurance that, with us, a claim will be taken care of efficiently and accurately from the beginning.
Can You Help Homeowners ?
Yes! Chances are strong we can help anyone who needs help with their claim associated with their home. All claims must be evaluated and worked based on its own special situation. We will be happy to listen your unique situation and let you know if we can help. Consultations are free.
Can you Help Business Owners?
Yes! We can help business owners with property claims of any type and also business interruption claims. We save business owners time and headache during the claim process. Also, we can help maximize recovery from business down time when applicable, this is called business interruption. Consultations are always free, please reach out to us for more information.
What information do you need from me for my free consultation?
While it’s not necessary, there are documents that you can show us that will be very helpful to us in determining if we can help you. For example, any information you might have associated with your policy and or claim, if applicable. To be clear, if you can show us as any estimates given to you from the insurance company, any letters from the insurance company to you that’s associated with the claim, and a full copy of your policy.
What is your Fee?
We are hired on a claim by claim basis. Our fee is a small percentage of what the insurance company pays on the specific claim we’re hired to assist with. Please contact us for more details.
What kind of time frame can I expect when I hire you?
Time is an unknown variable when it comes to insurance claims because there is a lot of time that goes into inspecting and communicating back and forth with the insurance company. On average, expect resolution to your claim within 15 – 90 business days of retaining our services.
What Areas Do You Service?
While we are most readily available in the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio areas, we can assist anywhere in Texas.
Do You Have An Office I Can Visit?
At this time, our entire operation and those who are part of our team work remotely. We do not have a physical place of business for people to come visit. Please reach out to us via phone or email if you would like more information.
